Refund policy

You have 15 days to return the package to us in its original packaging. The package will not be accepted if it is incomplete or damaged. For hygiene reasons, we only accept boxes in their original plastic film.

You must make your return in the name and at the following address:NATURAL FRECKLES, 17 Rue Alfred Roll PARIS 75017. However, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
